Choose suite with weights, 2 TV's, a tub. The pool area is nice too.

Impressive room with 2 double beds as well as 2 TV's in the suite and wonderful and above average breakfast to start the day. Great pool, convenient and best possible location to the Jacksonville area. Not far from the beach and center and Embassy.

Too many people there for free food and drinks. Lot's of loud kids roaming the floors

I felt like my every move was monitored. The pool security guy was rude. I did not feel comfortable

The hotel's decor was modern and beautifully updated, with spacious general areas, made moving around easy, particularly for seniors like myself. The atrium offered a lovely ambiance, perfect for relaxation and social gatherings.

Quieter pool area would enhance the experience.

upon arrival they tried to give is another room even though we had a reservation after I presented our confirmation they did have our reservation. Now I am not sure they have charged us correctly. Can someone tell me how to make sure we were charged the price quoted. Thanks

We always look for an Embassey suites where ever we go, its the Nicest hotel chain we like so far, so thanks and we will return in the future.

They were doing some remodeling of the hotel but it wasnt that bad.

Room and front desk staff were very good

Breakfast area too crowded. More than 20 minutes on line if one wanted to order an omelette; only one person behind the counter making food to order.

I have always tried to stay in an Embassy when I travel. The room was perfect, very clean. We left a note for the cleaning staff and she made sure we had the extra towels we needed. The gym was awesome-nice and clean.

After making reservations online, we checked in for our 2 night stay and the front desk only gave us one night. We asked that guy if we could extend our stay to a 3rd day and he said we had to do that online. Then, the next day I asked a lady at the front desk if we could extend our stay and as she was helping us add on a third day we realized the confusion that even though we paid for our 2 days the man who checked us in only only gave us one night. The breakfast line was so long and you literally had to wait 40-50 minutes in line to get eggs because they didn't open the second grill. There were so many people they ran out of so much stuff but when the 930 time came they shut the doors. The guy was even telling one lady she couldn't come back in for creamer for her coffee as he stood guard at the door letting people out as the were ready. The cleanliness of the breakfast area was awful and one morning there were about 4 managers cleaning alongside the breakfast staff and then they disappeared at 930 leaving the place a mess-meaning every single table was filled with breakfast dishes. Even though tables were empty, there were dishes piled on each table so my family had to sit at the bar area next to the breakfast area. It was utterly filthy. A staff person placed a towel over a garbage can near the elevator with a note asking people not to use this can... Instead of emptying it! What's sad is its not the level of the Embassy we once knew. There were glasses and plates left to the planters and on the floor around the hotel and no one picked them up for days.

Parking due to construction. Had to circle parking lot and wait for someone to leave.

Bed was comfortable.

Ceiling vent for air conditioning was dripping water in the bathroom and not cooling the room very effectively. We told the housekeeper but it was not addressed. Front desk chastised us for not calling the front desk instead of telling the housekeeper. Blow dryer (which was in the cloth bag) did not work and had something sticky all over it. They did bring another one in a reasonably short time. Normally I enjoy Embassy Suite hotels but not so much this time.

Hotel is undergoing renovations and the breakfast is served right next to banging and drilling. I wouldn't mind that but to charge full price for the room when the atrium is all tore up and there are hazards all over while walking around is ridiculous. I am a big fan of embassy suites, but don't stay here during renovations unless the price is right.

Ambiance throughout the hotel felt cute. While the room was spacious and had a nice balcony, the housekeeping could use some improvement, as certain areas were not cleaned properly during our two-night stay.
